Trevinca is preparing to experience one of its most spectacular moments of the year: the flowering of the hericas, A natural phenomenon that transforms the high mountain landscape into a sea of pink and violet hues. For this reason, the municipality joins the national program Spain in Bloom with a series of activities that invite you to rediscover the natural environment through hiking, botanical observation, and responsible tourism.

Route “As cores de Trevinca – Spring”
Organized by the Montañas de Trevinca Mountaineering Club, this guided hike will allow you to explore the most iconic trails of the mountain range in full bloom. The activity has a strong interpretive focus, combining sport, landscape, and environmental awareness. -

Conference "The flowering of hemlocks in Trevinca"
Promoted by Terras Altas de Trevinca, this special day invites you to discover the ecological richness of the environment with field trips, talks, and sensory experiences centered around this emblematic shrub of the area.
These activities reflect the region's commitment to a sustainable development model, where nature, local culture, and responsible tourism go hand in hand. The flowering of the hemlocks is not just a visual spectacle: it's also an opportunity to revitalize the rural environment and highlight Trevinca's biodiversity.
