Spain in Bloom<\/b> (<\/span>www.floracion.es<\/span><\/a>), which unites all the destinations with flowering as a tourist attraction in the country, organized on February 24 and 25 a familiarization trip (fam trip) to the Region of Murcia with representatives of the prestigious <\/span>Japanese tour operator Kuoni Tumlare<\/b> (<\/span>www.kuonitumlare.com<\/span><\/a>) with the collaboration of the <\/span>Cieza and Mula city councils<\/b> and of the <\/span>Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia<\/b>The objective of this promotional action was to publicize the natural spectacles of the <\/span>almond blossom in Mula<\/b><\/a> and the<\/span> Peach blossom in Cieza<\/b><\/a>, with a view to attracting visitor flows from Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program began with the arrival of the delegation headed by Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Vicente (destination management manager) and Ayako Totsuka (destination development executive) and representatives of Spain in Floraci\u00f3n to Mula, where they were received by the mayor of the town, <\/span>Juan Jesus Moreno<\/b>. After resting in a charming accommodation in the town, such as the Hospeder\u00eda San Sebasti\u00e1n, with views of the orchard in bloom with the Segura River, they were received by the councilor for tourism of the town council, <\/span>Maria Turpin<\/b>, who explained the unique characteristics of this 13,000-hectare flowering area, which stands out for having the greatest chromatic variety of flowers in the world.
