The drop in temperatures in the first days of March means that the cherry blossoming process in the Jerte Valley is going a little slower than expected, after a somewhat warmer January, so the expected blossoming of the cherry trees is expected to occur from 15 or 20 March, although obviously everything depends on the weather and any alteration can change the forecasts.

The ideal way to see the cherry blossom is to take a tour of all the towns that make up the Jerte Valley, so you can enjoy different perspectives. But you have to bear in mind that, normally, not all the cherry trees bloom at the same time, but rather those in the lower areas, at a lower altitude, bloom first, and as the days go by, the cherry trees in the rest of the areas bloom, ending with the flowering in the colder areas or at a higher altitude.
