On April 27 and 28, the Asturian Cider Region Association celebrates the arrival of spring and with it the flowering of its apple trees, or as it is also known, the 'Floriar del Pumar'.
The Association has prepared a complete programme of activities around the world of apples and cider. During these days, visitors will be able to walk among apple trees, make cider jewellery in Jurassic lands and soaps with apple essence, make a pilgrimage to the cider mill, or enjoy interpreting nature around our orchards.
Visitors will also have time to take photos of you among the flowers and learn more about Asturian cider culture. As a complement, many establishments in the region have prepared delicious cider menus and will be able to relax in one of the fantastic accommodations in the area.
The Cider Region Association has joined the 'Spain in Bloom Experience' project, selected by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism as one of the most innovative tourist experiences in the country.
