Every summer, from May, when the sun shines with its maximum intensity on the fertile land of the region, the fields are transformed into a golden sea of 74,000 hectares of sunflowers, creating a natural spectacle that attracts visitors from all over the world. More than 3,000 Japanese tourists come to Carmona every year attracted by this spectacle.
